We accept returns for U.S. orders only within 14 days of the ship date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns are subject to a $10 processing fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

International orders (including Canada and the U.K.) are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Each carrier includes a size guide on its product page, but here’s a quick overview:

• Classic Canine Carrier & Woven: best for dogs 5–13 lbs.
  
• Plush Pup Carrier & Corduroy: best for dogs 7–15 lbs (up to 25 lbs max if they're a short chonky boy).
  

Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (12–14") and from floor to shoulders (8–11"). If your dog falls in that range and enjoys being carried, you’re good to go.

Faux Leather Carriers: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. The removable base can be unzipped for a deeper clean.

Plush Carriers: Fully machine washable — just remove the base insert and air dry.

No — NoblePup carriers are not TSA or airline approved for in-cabin air travel. They’re not designed to be stowed under an airplane seat.

However, they’re perfectly fine for walking through the airport.
