Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. NoblePup does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. If an item you purchased is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email with an expected restock date.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Availability and fulfillment depend on your location and the time your order is placed. Please contact info@noblepup.com to request expedited shipping.
Within the United States
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We recommend using a physical address (not a PO box) to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on your location, orders typically arrive 5–10 business days from the ship date. Shipping times may increase during holidays.
International Shipping
Due to international shipping costs, returns from Canada and elsewhere are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a refund
Returns
We accept returns only (no exchanges) for orders shipped within the United States. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of the ship date, minus shipping charges. All returns are subject to a $10 processing fee.

Damaged or used items
Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days, minus the processing fee. You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please complete a return and place a new order separately.
Gifts
If you received a NoblePup item as a gift and it’s not a fit, email info@noblepup.com and we’ll help you process a return. Be sure to mention it was a gift. Returned items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after your return is received, minus the $10 processing fee. You’ll receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.
